Loving sister of late Florence Belczak, late Joseph Belczak (Lillian), and Eugene Belczak (Charlotte). Cherished aunt of Jeanne (Gary) Piwowarczyk, Thomas (Nicolette), Robert (Catherine) and James (Rosanne) Belczak, Michelle (Jeff) Cocagne, Michael Belczak, Celeste (Jeremy) Sentman, Deanna (Braidy) Belczak-Hart. Loving great aunt to many nieces and nephews. Member of S.S. Peter & Paul Friendship Club and Choir. Funeral at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, 3745 S. Paulina, Chicago, IL.
