Dave "The Goon" Lease passed away on August 8th, 2013 at the age of 54. A memorial service will be held on Friday, August 23rd from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Sourek & Sons Funeral Home, 5645 W 35th St., Cicero. In-lieu of flowers, donations to the National Aphasia Association, www.Aphasia.org, or, the American Heart Association, www.Heart.org in Dave’s name is appreciated.
