Wayne R. Young passed away on September 22nd, 2014 at the age of 60. Visitation and services are under the direction of the Sourek & Sons Funeral Home. Visitation will be on Friday, September 26th from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Richard J. Modell Funeral Home located at 12641 W 143 rd Street, Homer Glen, IL 60491. Cremation services will be private.
