Bernice Mazur nee, Wolak. Beloved wife of the late Stanley. Loving mother of Thomas (Janet), Marilyn (Walter) Lada, Martin (Christine) and Edwina (Edward) Ryska. Dear grandmother of 11, great-grandmother of 20 and great-great-grandmother of 10. Fond sister of 4 brothers and 4 sisters. Funeral services are on Monday, June 1st , time TBD from the Sourek & Sons Funeral Home, 5645 W. 35th St, Cicero, to St. Mary of Czestochowa Church for TBD Mass. Interment Resurrection Cemetery.
