Gary J. Gerdzunas, age 62, retired Cicero Police Sergeant. During his tenure with The Cicero Police Department he also served as an Area Supervisor for the Metropolitan Enforcement Group of Cook County. Loving husband of Mary nee, Flasza. Loving father of Aaron & Scott. Devoted son of June (late William) Gerdzunas. Fond brother of Bill (Kim), Susie and Annie. Uncle of many nieces and nephews. Member of Illinois Fraternal Order of Police. Funeral services Thursday, March 31st at 9:15 a.m. from The Sourek and Sons Funeral Home, 5645 W 35th St., Cicero, to St. Mary Church, Riverside, IL for 10:00 a.m. Mass. Interment Mt.
