Dear grandfather of Kayleigh Stefanko, Sarah and Michael Holoubek and step grandfather to Nicole Clairmont. Great grandfather of lndiana Stefanko-Andreotti. Dear brother of Kathleen Holoubek. Visitation, Wednesday, June 22ndfrom 9 to 10:30 a.m. at The Sourek & Sons Funeral Home, 5645 W. 35th St, Cicero. A service will begin promptly at 10:30 a.m. and procession to Our Lady of Charity Church for 11:00 a.m.Mass. Entombment Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
