Georgina Hernandez passed away at the age of 48,  On December 14, 2016. A visitation will be held on Friday, December 16. At the Sourek Manor and Sons Funeral Home. Funeral Service will proceed from our facilities to St. Francis of Assisi Church 813 West Roosevelt Rd. Chicago IL 60608. For a 10:00 a.m. Mass. Interment will be on Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
