Alberto Geronimo Flores, 62, of Los Cuatlix, Guerrero, passed on Saturday, February 8, 2020.
He is survived by his loving wife Clara (Jimenez) Flores, his beloved children; his eldest from a
previous marriage Alberto Flores and Sarah (Pereyda) Flores, and children with Clara; Oscar,
Xochil, Claudia, Karla Flores as they shared a blended family with a combination of six children
in total. Al was a grandfather to Alberto Jr, Inocesia, Alexus, Esperanza, Mariah, Nicolas,
Rodrigo Jr, and
Federico and great-grandfather to baby Nancy.
Alberto was a free spirit, who accepted anyone as they are, compassionate, a kind ear to
everyone and a fantastic storyteller. He was the most affectionate person anyone could ever
meet. Not only did he open his home to many but also his heart to those in need.
After 32 years of service, he retired from Torstenson Glass Company in 2005 and dedicated his
free time traveling back to his birthplace. Where he hoped to live out his golden years. He was
the embodiment of living life to the fullest. He also enjoyed the simple pleasure in life, may it be
chatting with family and friends or spending time with his beloved nephews and nieces.
He will be missed but never forgotten for his kindness and warmed love.
As his family pays tribute to him, “Mi padre fue una persona que daria su camiseta pa quien lo
necesitaba. Nunca juzgaba a los demás. Mi padre siempre fue un gran ser humano con un
corazón grande.”
