Arthur M. Osinski, 95 years young, proud WWII Navy veteran, longtime Cicero resident, passed away on Sept. 25, 2017. Beloved husband of the late Irene (Izydorski) for 54 years, father of Charmayne (Don Schultz), Cheryl (Howard Brown), Charise (Dennis McCarthy), Charyn (Chuck Desmond). Grandfather of Jason (Stefanie), Jennifer, Tommy (Danielle), Danny, Mikey, Heather (Andrew Lehmann) and Hilary. Great-grandfather of Lily and Zachary. Uncle to many. Resident of Cicero for 60 years, owned a Gas Station on 25th St in the 50’s/60’s then Tidy Town and Day Nite Launderettes in Cicero until 1986. Member of American Legion for 60 years, served in the Navy, amphibious force, 7 Pacific invasions during WWII. He lived a long happy life doing what he loved: dancing, golfing, bowling, and rockin’ & rollin’ with family and friends. Visitation Thurs. Sept. 28 from 3-9 pm and Friday 9am, Sourek Manor Funeral Home, 5645 W 35th St, Cicero.
