A memorial visitation will be held at The Sourek Manor Funeral Home, 5645 W. 35th St, Cicero on Saturday, October 6th starting at 8:30 a.m, and a memorial service will begin promptly at 10:00 a.m. Inurnment will be at Forest Home Cemetery, 863 Des Plaines Ave, Forest Park, IL.
