Elioret Flores Barrera

Elioret Barrera, 60, died at home in Cicero, IL on November 4, 2022 of ALS. Elioret was born on June 6, 1962 to Areli Santana and Javier Flores in Mexico. She moved to Chicago in 1981 where she met her husband, Hedilberto Barrera.
Elioret loved to work besides her husband and adored to cook Mexican specialties for all the customers at their store, who surly have a lot of stories to tell about her. She also enjoyed spending time with her three surviving children Patricia, Beto, and Pedro. Elioret was looking forward to the future with her three grand-chidlren: Mateo, Noah Jacobo, and Eleanor.
She was preceded in death by her father Javier and two brothers, Heberto and Javier Flores. She was aunt to many who for sure have treasured memories of her.
A visitation will be held for Elioret on Tuesday, November 8th from 3 to 8 p.m. at The Sourek Manor Funeral Home, 5645 W 35th St, Cicero. A service will be held on Wednesday, November 9th at the funeral home. Time pending. Interment Queen of Heaven Cemetery, Hillside, IL.
