Emilia Zajac

Emilia Zajac passed away on Thursday, February 23, 2023, at the age of 97.
Beloved wife of the late John, survived by daughter Mary, her husband Ken, their two children Sara and Alec,
and daughter Jean, her husband Bret, and their son, Luke.

Fiercely devoted to family, faith, and freedom, she overcame immense struggles to build a life for herself and her family in America. She will forever be known for the independence, high work ethic, and the values she lived and inspired in others. Over the years, Emily baked hundreds, probably thousands, of chrusciki and kolacky for church functions as well as cooking incredible traditional Polish dishes for family and friends. Family and especially her grandchildren were her greatest treasure. She will missed very much.
