Faustino Paredes

Faustino Paredes, age 53, was called home to our Lord and Savior on Thursday, April 8th, 2021. Beloved husband of Aurora Paredes; devoted father to Monica Villagrana, Faustino Paredes Jr., Jesse Paredes, Yvette Paredes, Bibiana Dora Paredes, and Thalia Lisett Paredes; cherished grandfather to Fabian, Alyza, Aaliyah, Elijah, Alyssa, Isaiah, Aedan, Jayden, Aleena, Ethan, Iliana, and Angel. Faustino (aka Frosty) was born in Guerrero, Mexico, and raised in the United States from the age of eight. He was a very hardworking and dedicated man when it came to his family. He was a loyal person with a genuine heart who is dearly missed by many. He loved the Chicago White Sox and loved his cigarettes. Frosty was a very outgoing, laid back, and adventurous person who enjoyed road trips. He was an easy person to get along with and love. Frosty will be missed by all who knew and loved him. A visitation for Faustino will be on Friday, April 16th from 3 to 8 p.m. at The Sourek Funeral Home, 5645 W. 35th St., Cicero. On Saturday April 17th, prayers will begin at 8:45 a.m. and process to St. Anthony Church for 9:30 a.m. Mass. Interment Forest Home Cemetery, Forest Park, IL. For more information call 708-652-6661.
