Genevieve Kwiatkowski, born November 30, 1928, passed away on May 29, 2021 at her home. She married Matthew Kwiatkowski in May of 1948. He passed away on June 9, 2004. She is survived by two sons, Michael (Elaine) Kwiatkowski and Daniel (Jurate) Kwiatkowski, three grandchildren, Mikka, Brannon and Daniel. Visitation is Monday, June 7 from 10:15 a.m. to time of mass at 11:00 a.m. Sts. Peter and Paul Church, Blessed Sacrament Parish located at 3745 S. Paulina St, Chicago.
