Guadalupe G Solis

Guadalupe G. Solis, beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away on January 26, 2026, at the age of 74.

Born on September 24, 1951, in Monterrey, N.L., Guadalupe lived a life marked by love, strength, and devotion to her family. She was known for her kind heart, sense of humor, and generosity. She touched the lives of everyone who knew her. Guadalupe was a devoted mother to Gisela (Ron), Marisa (Manny), and Elizabeth (Angel), always putting family first and offering her unconditional love and support. She was a loving grandmother to Ethan, Madeleine, and Sophia. As well as a devoted grandmother to her fur babies, Henry and Coco. She found joy in being with her family and experiencing new restaurants. Her presence brought warmth and comfort to her home. Guadalupe is survived by her sister and brother, Norma and Andres. She was preceded in death by her husband, Carlos, and her parents, Raquel and Andres Manuel Medina. A funeral will be held on January 29, 2026, at Sourek Manor Funeral Home in Cicero, Illinois.

Guadalupe will be deeply missed and forever remembered by those who loved her.
