Jerry B. Svejda. From Cicero, passed away on July 23rd, at the age of 74. Wife is Marie (Halas), Son Jerry (Michele) Daughter Pam Bochucinski (Mark). Granndkids Heather Svejda, Eric Svejda, Danny Bochucinski, Brian Bochucinski. Brother to Terry Svejda, Gary Svejda, Denise Svejda-Johnson. There will be a service on Thursday, July 27th, at the Sourek Manor Funeral Home. at 10:00 a.m. Interment Resurrection Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Wednesday July 26th, From 3:00pm to 9:00pm (IN LIEU OF FLOWERS PLEASE DONATE TO ST. JUDE CHILDREN HOSPITAL).
