(Keith) Cassazza, Adam (Kara) Jakosz, Kaitlyn (Nick) Andrews and Heather (Adam) Blais. Best Pa to Emerson, Beckett, Jack, Nick, Ava, Aaron and Carter. Favorite Uncle of many nieces and nephews. Funeral services Saturday, December 22nd at 9:15 a.m. from The Sourek Manor Funeral Home, 5645 W 35th St, Cicero, to Our Lady of Charity Church for 10:00 a.m. Mass.
