Dear grandfather of Rene Anaya, Tatiana Diaz, Miguel Angel Diaz, Jasmin Galindo, Orlando Medina, Fabian Medina, Jesse Nevarez, Odalyz Nevarez, Jocelyn Diaz, Franky Diaz,Jacqui Diaz,Manuel Chaidez, Mario Contreras. Great Grandfather of many, devoted son of Antonio and Sofia Chaidez, Fond Brother of Nina, (late) Tila, Francisco, (late) Saul, Luz and Sofia Chaidez. Uncle of Many nieces and nephews.Funeral Services Thursday , June, 28 at 9:00 AM from the Sourek Manor Funeral Home, 5645 West 35th St, Cicero, to Our Lady of Charity Church for 10:00 AM Mass, Interment Queen of Heaven Cemetery.Visitation Wednesday, June 27 from 3:00 to 8:00 PM
