Maria Guadalupe Lopez Rodriguez

Maria G. Lopez Rodriguez, 79, of Chicago, Illinois, was called home to Heaven on May 23, 2026. A woman of deep Catholic faith, Maria lived each day with devotion, kindness, and love.
Born the beloved daughter of Rodolfo and Celia, she carried their values of faith and family throughout her life. Maria was a cherished mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and mother-in-law whose presence brought warmth, comfort, and light to all who knew her.
She is lovingly survived by her sons, Javier, Carlos, and Frank; her daughters-in-law, Michelle and Lili; her grandchildren, Javier III, Alex, Karla, Armando, Tommy, Evan, and Miranda; her great-granddaughter, Jeanne Armany; and her sisters, Celia and Gloria.
Though she will be deeply missed by all who loved her, her family finds peace and comfort in knowing she now rests in the eternal peace of Christ.
In accordance with her wishes, no formal services will be held, as her family finds comfort in entrusting her fully into the loving arms of the Lord.
