Samuel Antonio Gaviria, passed away at the age of 30. Devoted son of Gabriel Gaviria and Leticia Martinez, fond brother of Ignacio S Martinez, Victor M Benitez, Juan G. Gaviria, Amaris M Gaviria, Diana I. Gaviria. Uncle of Daniel martinez, Jayden Gaviria, Nathan Benitez, Juan E. Flores, Isabella Flores, Penelope Flores, Matthew Benitez and  Camille Flores.    Funeral Services on Wednesday August 22, 2018 at Sourek Funeral Home, from 3:30pm to 8:00pm. Ceremony will start at 6:30pm.   The burial will take place on Thursday August 23, 2018, site is located at Forest Home Cemetery, we will meet at the Funeral home at 9:00am and leave to the cemetery at 10:30am.
